Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a forklift operator to safely move merchandise and pallets, assist with receiving, and support club operations. You will load and unload deliveries, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, organized environment while providing friendly service to Members.

The role includes standing and moving on hard surfaces, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasional heavy lifting with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner and inspect equipment before use.
• Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and prepare pallets.
• Transport merchandise and pallets around the club using a pallet jack as needed.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; keep club neat, clean, and organized.
• Greet Members and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
