Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a forklift operator in the United States to move merchandise, load and unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and prepare pallets while following safety standards. You’ll help keep the club stocked, organized, and efficient, supporting members and teammates throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner, inspecting forklift before use and following safety standards.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks, inspecting and preparing deliveries for unloading.
• Lifts and places pallets, transports merchandise and pallets using a pallet jack when needed.
• Stocks and rotates general merchandise and food, ensuring shelves are properly stocked.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club environment and performs general maintenance tasks.
• Welcomes Members and delivers prompt, courteous service, assisting them in locating merchandise.
