Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is seeking a Receiving Associate to accurately receive merchandise, complete reporting when required, and uphold dock standards for safety and proper storage. The role supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Research and annotate receiving reports including direct-to-club reports when needed.
• Process files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork.
• Maintain dock security and monitor flow of team members and visitors.
• Safely operate a forklift and receive merchandise accurately and according to company process.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of received items.
• Process Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and returns as needed.
• Keep the dock clean and organized and maintain all policies.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance as an essential function of the role.
