Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic culture. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are a part of a team that supports shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment, while providing excellent service to colleagues and customers.

You’ll need strong planning and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work independently and multi-task, and a customer-service

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Supports receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
• May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
