Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Jackson, TN is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator on first shift (Mon–Fri). Starting pay is $23.04/hour. You will perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks and operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move products.

You will train and become certified on equipment, ensure accurate orders, and support cycle counts and safety compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
• Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using JDA WMS and Exacta.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment to move, retrieve, and store products.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues or maintenance needs.
• Train and certify on required equipment as needed.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers for each order.
