Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Jackson, TN is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator for the 3rd shift (10p–6a). You will perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using JDA WMS and Exacta, operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker, and ensure accurate lot/serial handling.

Daily inspections, training, and safety compliance are required while supporting inventory cycles. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year warehouse experience;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
• Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment is essential.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using JDA WMS and Exacta.
• Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Train and become certified on all required equipment if not already experienced.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled.
• Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA.
• Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems, as well as powered equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
