Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
• Experience operating High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader and Cherry Picker preferred; willingness to train and certify on all required equipment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology; strong attention to detail.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork; willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta.
• Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker to move, retrieve, and store products.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues or maintenance needs.
• Train and certify on required equipment as needed.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers for each order.
• Pack orders securely, label correctly, and protect items during shipment.
• Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and record receipts in JDA.
• Unload, sort, and store products using manual/automated systems and powered equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits; follow all safety policies.
