Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a DC Warehouse Associate in Jackson, TN. You will support distribution with picking, packing, receiving, and system usage tasks within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You should have at least a high school diploma and 1+ year warehouse experience, with familiarity of JDA WMS and automated systems; lifting up to 35 lbs and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems (Autostore, VLM) a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Picking: Accurately pick orders using JDA WMS, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Packing: Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring all items are properly protected and labeled.
• Receiving: Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and accurately record receipts in JDA.
• System Utilization: Utilize JDA WMS for all inventory transactions, order processing, and documentation.
• General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, follow policies and safety regulations, collaborate with team members.
