Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator for 2nd shift in Jackson, TN. This role supports order fulfillment and inventory accuracy using JDA WMS and Exacta, with automated systems such as Autostore and VLMs.

You will operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker, perform inspections, and ensure safe, efficient material handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred; experience with JDA WMS and automated systems a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, Cherry Picker).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using JDA WMS and Exacta in manual and automated environments.
• Safely operate High Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Back End Loader, and Cherry Picker.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues or maintenance needs.
• Operate within Autostore, VLMs, and cart-picking environments.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers for each order.
• Pack orders securely and label appropriately.
• Verify order accuracy and complete documentation in JDA.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including weighing, labeling, and staging.
• Receive inbound shipments and record receipts in JDA.
• Unload, sort, and store products using manual and powered equipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
