Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Cycle Counter for the 3rd shift (M-F, 10pm-6am) in Jackson, TN. The role involves picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counting on-site, with pay starting at $20.60/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of warehouse experience, and familiarity with JDA WMS and automated systems, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work flexible hours including overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred; JDA WMS and Autostore/VLM a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks using the JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and lot/serial numbers are selected for each order.
• Pack orders securely and properly label; protect items during transport.
• Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and record receipts in JDA.
• Unload, sort, and store products in designated locations using manual and automated systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
