Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The role involves receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products, with a focus on problem solving throughout daily warehouse activities.

Candidates should be able to stand/walk the full shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate RF scanning equipment. Prior warehouse experience and weekend availability are a plus. This is an on-site position based in Plainfield, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
• Basic math to count quantity.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences.
• General computer skills and RF handheld scanners.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus and weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Order picking – ensure correct quantities and transport orders to shipping.
• Quality – ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Inventory – maintain accurate records and rotate stock.
• Safety – keep a clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Performance – meet productivity standards and track KPIs.
• Decision Making – identify and solve daily warehouse issues.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
