Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. In this role you will receive, replenish, pick, and load products, troubleshooting issues as they arise throughout daily operations.

You will lift up to 50 pounds, operate RF scanners, and maintain accurate inventory while keeping safety at the forefront. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Bend, twist, squat, climb and reach as needed.
• Use basic math to count and identify quantities.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.
• RF scanning experience is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Pick orders and transport them to shipping areas.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free; report variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety policies.
• Meet productivity targets and track KPI performance.
• Identify and solve problems that arise in daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
