Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. Responsibilities include receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading, with problem-solving sprinkled throughout daily activities.

The role emphasizes accuracy in inbound/outbound shipments, safe operation of warehouse equipment, and adherence to safety programs. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work Monday–Friday, with possible weekend shifts during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Able to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments, move to storage, count, and check against manifest.
• Order Picking – ensure correct quantity and type, transport orders to shipping locations.
• Quality – ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free, report variances.
• Inventory – keep accurate records and rotate stock.
• Safety/Housekeeping – maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Performance – meet productivity standards and track KPIs.
• Decision Making – identify and solve problems in daily warehouse ops.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
