Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, through its Napa Auto Parts division, seeks a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate in New Jersey. The role focuses on receiving, replenishing, picking and loading products, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and productivity.

You will use RF scanners, handle heavy items, and support inventory control while working a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend shifts. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with diligence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and pushes/pulls up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Able to bend, twist, squat, climb and reach.
• Basic math to count product quantities.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Comfort with computer and RF scanning equipment.
• RF scanning experience is a plus.
• Available to work Mon-Fri with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, unload and inspect for damage.
• Pick and transport orders to shipping locations.
• Maintain accuracy and report variances or damaged items.
• Keep inventory records and rotate stock appropriately.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping and security standards.
• Meet productivity targets and track KPI performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
