The role involves standing and walking for long periods, operating RF scanning equipment, and potentially forklift use. Weekly hours are typically Monday–Friday with possible weekend shifts in peak periods.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk through shift.
• Basic math to identify quantities.
• Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanning familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload inbound shipments, verify against manifest and store appropriately.
• Order picking: ensure correct items and quantities, move orders to shipping areas.
• Quality: check inbound/outbound shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Inventory: keep records and rotate stock accurately.
• Safety and housekeeping: maintain clean work area and follow safety policies.
• KPI focus: meet productivity targets and monitor performance indicators.
