Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our Omaha facility. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading tasks while troubleshooting issues that arise in daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, verifying quantities, picking orders, and ensuring accuracy and quality of both inbound and outbound shipments. You will maintain a clean work area, meet KPI targets, and support safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Basic math skills to identify product quantity and read sequences.
• Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanning equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments; unload and store, count and compare to manifest, check for damage.
• Pick orders; transport to shipping locations.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
