Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Center Associate for our Indiana facility. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading of products, ensuring accurate counts and safe handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing heavy loads, and using RF scanners and basic computer systems. You will help maintain inventory integrity, follow safety policies, and support peak-period operations, including possible weekend

Qualifications

• Must have stamina to stand and walk for shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavier loads with assistive devices.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences and perform basic math.
• Proficient with computers and RF scanning equipment.
• RF scanning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments and unloading safely.
• Perform order picking and transport to shipping areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation.
• Ensure quality and damages are reported.
• Uphold safety, housekeeping and security standards.
