NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products, with emphasis on accuracy and safety in daily operations.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory, and meet KPI targets while working in a dynamic warehouse environment. Basic RF scanning and lifting tasks are required.

Qualificações

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Read alphanumeric sequences and perform basic math.
• Operate computer and RF scanning equipment; prior RF experience a plus.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving: unload inbound shipments, count against manifest, check for damage, store appropriately.
• Order picking: ensure correct items and quantities, move orders to shipping.
• Quality: ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Inventory: maintain records and rotate stock.
• Safety and housekeeping: keep area clean and safe per policies; follow safety program.
• Performance: meet productivity standards and track KPI metrics.
• Decision making: identify and solve daily warehouse problems.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
