Rob Levine Law is seeking an energetic Trainer to facilitate engaging virtual training for employees and leaders across the organization. This fully remote role reports to the Training Director and focuses on frontline continuing education and leadership development.

You will design interactive sessions, apply adult learning theory, gather feedback, and collaborate with instructional designers to build PowerPoints, activities, job aids, and practice exercises.

Formación

• 3+ years facilitating workplace training or leadership development.
• Experience leading live virtual sessions (2+ years).
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and its classroom application.
• Ability to check for understanding in real time and adjust.
• Strong presence, energy, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live virtual training sessions for frontline employees and leaders.
• Keep sessions interactive using polls, breakout rooms, chat, whiteboards, role-plays, scenarios, and discussion.
• Apply adult learning principles and ensure skill transfer on the job.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create supporting materials (PowerPoints, activities, job aids, practice exercises).
• Manage logistics and track attendance/completion; report progress to Training Director.
