Job summary

Rob Levine Training is seeking a remote Trainer to lead engaging virtual sessions for frontline employees and leaders. You will partner with instructional designers to create PowerPoints, activities, job aids, and practice exercises, ensuring sessions land and participants can apply what they learn.

The role emphasizes facilitation, audience engagement, and applying adult learning principles across diverse teams and cultures.

Qualifications

3+ years facilitating workplace training, with 2+ years in live virtual sessions.
Strong ability to engage a virtual audience using polls, chats, and breakout rooms.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and applying it in virtual classrooms.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build presentations and learning activities to support sessions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

Lead live virtual training sessions for frontline employees and leaders.
Create and update PowerPoints, activities, and practice exercises with designers.
Coordinate session logistics, track attendance, and report on completion.
Provide timely feedback and coaching during practice.
Adapt delivery for different experience levels and cultures.
