The role emphasizes dynamic facilitation, feedback coaching, and collaboration with instructional designers to create effective training materials and activities that land in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilitating workplace training or leadership development, with 2+ years of live virtual sessions.
• Ability to keep a virtual audience engaged using polls, breakouts, chat, and whiteboards.
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory and how to apply it in the classroom.
• Experience checking for understanding in real time and adjusting when participants aren’t getting it.
• Strong presence, energy, and communication skills; you make people want to participate.
• Ability to explain complex information simply and relate it to real job situations.
• Experience building presentations and learning activities to support a session.
• Strong organization and time management across multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live virtual training sessions for frontline employees and leaders.
• Keep sessions interactive with polls, breakout rooms, chat, and whiteboards.
• Apply adult learning principles and ensure participants can apply skills on the job.
• Assess understanding throughout sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate content creation with instructional designers and department leaders.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, attendance, and completion tracking for sessions.
• Evaluate session effectiveness through feedback and observed skill application.
• Maintain organized training materials and records; meet deadlines.
