Qualifications

• 3+ years facilitating workplace training or leadership development.
• Experience delivering live virtual sessions with polls, breakout rooms, chat, and whiteboards.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual training sessions for frontline employees and leaders.
• Create engaging training experiences using interactive tools and activities.
• Coordinate logistics, track attendance, and report outcomes to the Training Director.
• Evaluate session effectiveness and collect feedback to improve programs.
