Job summary

Rob Levine Law is seeking an energetic trainer to lead engaging, fully remote virtual training for frontline employees and leaders. The role focuses on facilitation, interaction, and applying adult-learning principles in each session.

You will collaborate with instructional designers to develop slides, activities, and practice exercises that land across diverse teams and cultures, ensuring clear learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years facilitating workplace training, employee development, or leadership development, with at least 4 years leading live virtual sessions.
• Proven ability to keep a virtual audience engaged using tools like polls, breakout rooms, chat, and whiteboards.
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory and its classroom application.
• Experience checking for understanding in real time and adjusting when participants aren’t getting it.
• Strong presence, energy, and communication skills to encourage participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual training sessions for frontline employees, emerging leaders, and current leaders.
• Bring energy and keep sessions interactive using polls, chat, breakout rooms, whiteboards, role-plays, scenarios, and discussion.
• Apply adult learning principles in every session: teach the skill, practice applying it, and confirm real job use.
• Check for understanding throughout with questions, teach-backs, practice, and quick assessments.
• Notice disengagement or confusion in a virtual setting and adjust on the spot.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and coaching during practice.
• Flag participants who aren’t demonstrating the skill with specific observations to leadership.
• Adapt delivery for different experience levels and cultural backgrounds.
• Content support: build slides, activities, and practice exercises; partner with instructional designers.
