Qualifications

• Used vehicle knowledge and at least 1 year in used car sales.
• Minimum 3 years of dealership sales performance.
• Polished, professional appearance and strong presence.
• Able to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Comfortable with dealership tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize used car inventory for profitability.
• Review leads and daily dealer communications to pursue opportunities.
• Set appraisal standards and perform vehicle evaluations.
• Collaborate with Used Car Manager on trade-ins.
• Utilize CRM systems to streamline inventory and sales operations.
• Maintain vehicle presentation and front-line readiness.
• Lead by example to elevate the team and exceed expectations.
• Drive customer relationships and repeat business through consultative selling.
• Deliver impactful vehicle demonstrations and handle objections.
• Stay engaged with prospects and past customers for growth.
