Fragomen’s Toronto office is seeking an experienced US Immigration Lawyer with strong communication skills to support corporate clients in navigating US immigration processes. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, drafting petitions, and advising on complex immigration matters in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• US Bar admission and at least 2 years of experience in US immigration law.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff.
• Experience managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
• Draft and review petitions and applications for government submissions.
• Supervise paralegal work and ensure proper record keeping.
• Communicate with clients regularly within SLAs and team protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.
