Fragomen in New York seeks a Business Immigration Associate to work with a diverse team delivering strategic immigration solutions for corporate clients. You will lead case strategies, prepare petitions, and communicate with clients and foreign nationals on processing matters.

Candidates must have a U.S. JD or LLM, be admitted to a US or DC bar, and bring 2–3 years of Associate experience with strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Active membership in a US State bar or DC bar.
• 2–3 years of Associate level experience in immigration law.

Responsabilités

• Develop case strategies and counsel clients on immigration matters.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding processing issues.
• Draft letters and legal documents based on precedents.
• Supervise junior Associates and staff, providing mentoring.
• Improve quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes.
