You will explain policies, meet sales goals, and maintain compliance with federal regulations while delivering accurate cash transactions and building relationships across the branch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and customer service in a client-facing environment.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties.
• Knowledge of branch operations and security.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance; high school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain bank policies and procedures to clients.
• Promote and refer Fremont Bank products to current and prospective clients.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and referral goals.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow-up sales as assigned by management.
• Communicate deposit products clearly.
• Handle cash and reconcile transactions daily.
• Maintain compliance with Federal Regulations.
