Fremont Bank seeks an Universal Banker to deliver world-class service and drive cross-sell of retail and business products. You will build internal partnerships, meet sales goals, and allocate time for cash transactions based on branch needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and customer service in a client-facing role.
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Willingness to perform telemarketing duties.
• Knowledge of branch operations and security; basic regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Explain bank policies and procedures.
• Explain, promote, sell and refer Fremont Bank products to clients.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales and referral goals.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow-up sales duties as assigned by management.
• Reconcile cash and all transactions daily.
