Responsabilités

• Dispatch and coordinate local and regional pickup and delivery drivers.
• Track shipments from pickup through delivery and communicate status updates.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, warehouses, and airline partners.
• Enter shipment details and updates into transportation management systems.
• Resolve delays, service issues, and shipment exceptions promptly.
• Arrange special handling for temperature-controlled and time-critical freight.
• Review driver paperwork, proof of delivery, and shipment documents for accuracy.
• Follow company procedures, customer requirements, TSA regulations, and chain-of-custody protocols.
• Partner with warehouse and customer service teams to meet service goals.
• Assist with after-hours or emergency transportation requests as needed.
