In this role you will communicate with customers, work with the Sales team on project plans, and build strong relations with drivers and helpers to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and run schedules.
• Determine type and amount of equipment needed to complete a job.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, crews, and equipment for their projects.
• Monitor personnel and equipment locations.
• Maintain files and records of work orders completed.
• Meet with Sales team to develop a project plan for execution and completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and helpers to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
