RxCompass, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across the RxCompass and Variable Copay teams. This role focuses on onboarding, role-based training, process education, knowledge reinforcement, and operational readiness to ensure service quality and compliance.

You will develop materials, coordinate nesting, monitor performance, and partner with leaders to drive employee development and performance improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Training experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs across RxCompass and Variable Copay.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and role-based training.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and development recommendations.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure onboarding and readiness of new team members.
• Track onboarding progress, training completion rates, and competency evaluations.
