RxCompass, LLC seeks a Training Specialist in Natchitoches, LA to design, coordinate, deliver, and improve training programs across RxCompass and Variable Copay teams. You will own onboarding, role-based training, materials, assessments, and ensure compliance.

Requires 2+ years in customer service and a bachelor’s degree; training experience preferred. Responsibilities include developing and updating SOPs, maintaining knowledge bases, and coaching employees through nesting and readiness

• Design, coordinate, deliver, and improve training programs across RxCompass and Variable Copay.
• Lead onboarding, role-based training, and process education.
• Develop, maintain, and update materials, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and development recommendations.
• Ensure training materials reflect current processes and compliance standards.
• Manage nesting activities and transition employees to production.
