Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduation from a four-year college is preferred.
• At least one year of experience with developmental disabilities or adult training

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and conducts training classes in group or computer lab settings.
• Evaluates employee competencies and maintains training records.
• Serves as a Master Trainer and may train other trainers as assigned.
• Develops curriculum materials and uses interactive methods to improve retention.
• Assists with needs assessments and program evaluations for training.
• Adapts training to safety and infection control requirements.
