Anderson Merchandisers, LLC. is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will oversee stocking, store communication, and educate customers on product lines, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The role requires training staff, building rapport with store personnel, educating customers about brands, and maintaining high quality work with flexibility for nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Minimum English proficiency to communicate with customers in real time.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and Leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
