Job summary

Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks an HR Generalist in Olyphant for a temporary assignment focused on recruitment and immigration processes. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, and compliance while supporting managers with performance reviews.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Workday and MS Office. Spanish language skills are highly desirable, with opportunities to transition to permanent roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years HR experience with recruiting exposure.
• SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
• Spanish fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including postings and interviews.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and screenings.
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Guide onboarding and orientation, ensure data entry accuracy.
• Maintain HR/recruitment metrics for improvements.
• Support performance evaluations and policy enforcement.
• Assist in policy creation and compliance.
