Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of teller experience is preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience with cash handling is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or financial services training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions, including deposits, loan payments, cashier's checks, transfers, check cashing, withdrawals, and wires.
• Proofs and verifies transactions; examine endorsements and negotiability; resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-sell and promote Resound Credit Union products and services.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash and check totals; manage cash drawer.
• Educate members on technology and digital solutions offered by Resound Credit Union.
• Respond to member questions and direct them to other staff as needed.
• Attend required training and department meetings as directed by the Branch Manager and Training Manager.
