Qualifications

Strong customer service skills focused on building positive member relationships.
Experience with deposits and basic account transactions, including opening accounts.
Accurate cash handling, balancing cash drawer and security procedures.
Effective verbal and written communication with members and colleagues.
Proficiency with computers and banking software; able to learn new systems.
Attention to detail, reliability, confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Prior experience in banking or financial services; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Open and maintain accounts for members and assist with deposits and withdrawals.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments or transfers, and balance cash drawer.
Deliver friendly, informed service and educate members on products and digital tools.
Follow policies and regulatory requirements and collaborate with colleagues for smooth operations.
