Job summary

Clearwater Credit Union is seeking a Universal Associate to assist members across their financial journey, from opening accounts to processing transactions and assisting with lending functions.

In this role you’ll build relationships, provide exceptional service, educate members about Digital Banking, Phone Banking, Card Services, and ITM operations, and help resolve account options and issues while adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members both internally and externally.
• Process cash and check transactions.
• Open new accounts for members.
• Assist with lending functions: fund auto-decisioned loans and refer to lending department; set appointments with loan officers.
• Protect members and the credit union from fraudulent activity.
• Operate financial services equipment and assist with maintenance.
• Receive and make outgoing calls; support multi-channel service (Digital Banking, Phone Banking, Card Services, ITM).
• Advise on account options and maintain member records; resolve issues.
