Qualifications

• 1 year experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• 2 years of recruiting experience in a high volume or agency environment

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage full cycle recruiting process and assist with developing recruiting strategies, processes, and tools
• Coordinate all recruiting efforts for various roles including frontline and high level technical positions
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Screen, interview, and engage qualified candidates to determine fit and interest
• Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Track candidates through the process to ensure accurate information and timely decisions
