Break Time Assistant Manager at MFA Petroleum Company is responsible for assisting in store operations, coaching the team, managing daily tasks, and supporting the Store Manager in their absence. You will help ensure smooth service, accurate transactions, and adherence to company policies.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, leadership, and multitasking skills; prior retail or convenience store experience is preferred; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform math for change and cash handling.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Support merchandising, pricing, promotions, and restocking.
