Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Assist with daily store operations including banking, inventory, and reporting.
• Support promotions, pricing, and restocking to keep merchandise stocked and neat.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new staff.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Help meet sales goals and manage controllable expenses and loss control.
• Operate POS, computers, and other store technology; handle cash accurately.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
