Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, efficient checkout experience.
• Switch between checkout, stocking, and bakery/produce areas as needed.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl processes.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and dairy areas.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, presentable store areas and restrooms.
• Operate registers accurately and recall PLU codes.
• Handle returns and resolve customer inquiries or escalate.
• Help control inventory and minimize stock loss.
• Follow safety procedures and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team to complete daily tasks for the next shift.
