Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, efficient service and help customers quickly
• Willingness to learn multiple roles in a fast-paced store
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Retail or customer service experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service
• Transition between checkout, stocking, and bakery/produce areas
• Meet productivity goals with urgency and Lidl processes
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas
• Set up promotional displays with accurate signage and pricing
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot
• Operate register quickly and accurately, memorize PLUs
• Handle customer inquiries and process returns professionally
• Support inventory accuracy and shrink control
