Job summary

Arizona Labor Force, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Flagstaff to manage worker dispatch, onboarding new employees, and branch communications. The role requires fast, accurate work and strong relationships with clients and staff.

You will assign workers to client shifts, support onboarding, handle inquiries, and maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30pm–5pm, at $22/hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and workers.
• Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
• Manage worker dispatch and onboarding.
• Process I-9 and E-Verify in compliance with laws and internal policy.
• Maintain database of active and available workers.
• Fill client staffing orders and provide status updates.
• Maintain equipment inventory and check-outs/returns.
• Perform daily pay checks and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain documentation in systems and ensure unemployment records are complete.
