Responsibilities

• Respond to call-offs and fill open shifts, including after-hours staffing needs.
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.
• Monitor staffing levels and overtime.
• Develop monthly activity calendars and monitor program activities.
• Work closely with managers and directors to ensure adequate staffing and emergency placements.
