Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States seeks an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations within a vibrant entertainment venue. You will supervise culinary staff, ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, and support events with catering and banquet services.

You will work closely with the KM/General Manager to manage costs, plan menus, and maintain DOH compliance while delivering a memorable guest experience day after day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume venues.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Experience in catering events desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to F&B menus and purchasing programs.
• Manage budgeted costs and review P&L related to food operations.
• Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions with events team.
• Estimate food usage and schedule staff for shifts.
• Address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork with GM/KM.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation meet standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and health department compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and report issues.
