Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across high-volume venues, actively cooking on the line and developing Kitchen Managers and BOH teams. This is a working chef role, not a desk position.

You will drive food quality, cost control, scheduling, and partner with Operations on product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and events. A strong track record in banquet/catering and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in high-volume food & beverage settings.
• Experience running banquet and large-scale catering operations.
• Active on-line during peak service, not desk-bound.
• Proven ability to develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams.
• Strong food cost control, labor optimization, and P&L insight.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own all culinary operations, driving food quality and BOH performance.
• Work a full cooking schedule five days a week (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through coaching and training.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory and overall BOH finances.
• Partner with Operations on new product rollouts and events.
