Qualifications

• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel.
• Customer management: ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime.
• Asset management: maintain shop areas and equipment.
• Quality management: inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Financial management: control costs, payroll approvals, and invoicing.
