Job summary

Miller’s Textile Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving and inventory maintenance, and keep customer orders on schedule.

This cross‑functional role also assists with other facility needs once warehouse priorities are completed. You will oversee the daily flow, verify shipments, organize storage, and coordinate with Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Accounts Payable to resolve

Qualifications

• Read, write, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional communication with coworkers and leadership.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Willingness to obtain a forklift operator permit.
• Ability to work overtime when business needs require it.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily flow of products into and out of the warehouse.
• Identify, document, and communicate product shortages.
• Receive incoming merchandise and verify shipments for accuracy.
• Organize and store incoming products in correct locations.
• Prepare products for outgoing shipments and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain accurate records of products entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag when orders are needed.
• Complete monthly and year-end physical inventories.
