Job summary

MillerKnoll's Warehouse Department supports multiple sites, handling data capture, analysis and process improvement across shifts. The role builds tools and reports to monitor efficiency and quality, while ensuring smooth shipping and receiving functions.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in supply chain or related field and 4–6 years in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution, with inventory and shipment-tracking experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory control, KPI reporting and safety rules.
• Proficient with shipment tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and sites to ensure smooth product flow.
• Maintains KPI reports and department metrics.
• Supports warehouse leadership with admin duties.
• Assists with cycle counts and inventory verification.
• Coordinates shipping/receiving and documentation.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
